Tour Overview
Have you ever wondered what it feels like to breathe underwater? The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program is designed exactly for that — a safe, guided introduction to scuba for complete beginners. No prior certification, no prior experience, no prior anything.
You'll begin with a short theory session covering the basics of scuba equipment and underwater breathing. Then you'll practice in shallow water with your instructor, learning to breathe, balance, and use hand signals. Once comfortable, you descend to 5-10 metres to explore a real dive site — often a shallow reef or artificial reef in the Gulf.
You'll see tropical fish, coral formations, and — on lucky days — sea turtles, rays and small reef sharks. The experience is fully guided 1-on-1 with a PADI instructor, and you'll receive a certificate of completion at the end. Perfect for first-timers curious about diving, and a great first step toward PADI Open Water certification.

None. Discover Scuba is designed for complete beginners. If you can swim 25 metres unaided and are in reasonable health, you can do it.
Very normal — and our instructors are specially trained for this. You'll first practice in shallow water where you can stand up anytime. Your instructor is 1-on-1 with you throughout, and you can surface instantly by giving a signal.
Dubai's Gulf waters host tropical fish (parrotfish, clownfish, snappers), coral formations, sea turtles, rays, and occasionally small reef sharks. Visibility varies but typically 5-15 metres.
10 years old for Discover Scuba. Children 10-17 need parental consent. Kids 8-9 can do a "Bubblemaker" program — ask us for details.
Conditions like asthma, epilepsy, heart disease, diabetes, or recent surgery require doctor clearance. Fill in the medical questionnaire honestly — instructor will advise. If in doubt, contact us before booking.
